Emma G. Cavagnaro
Emma G. Cavagnaro is an Associate Attorney whose practice focuses on family law and domestic relations matters. Emma earned her law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she was actively involved in numerous legal and community organizations. She earned dual degrees in Business Administration and Political Science from Millsaps College, graduating cum laude with Honors in Government and Politics.
Prior to entering private practice, Emma gained valuable experience through judicial and governmental clerkships throughout the Southeast United States. Emma served as a judicial clerk for Judge David McCarty in the Mississippi Court of Appeals. Additionally, Emma worked in the Investigations Division of the Mississippi Office of the State Auditor.
Emma is dedicated to guiding clients through some of life's most difficult transitions. She understands that family law matters are deeply personal and works closely with each client to develop tailored strategies that protect their interests while pursuing favorable outcomes both in and out of the courtroom.
Outside of private practice, Emma serves as the Vice Chair of the Chapter Advisory Board for Kappa Delta at Kennesaw State University. In her free time, Emma enjoys running, hiking, cheering on Ole Miss, and spending time with her family.
