Allen Russell

Allen Russell has devoted more than three decades to the practice of family law, earning a reputation as a trusted advocate in some of life's most challenging and emotionally charged disputes. Licensed in four states, he brings extensive experience to matters ranging from high-conflict divorces involving substantial assets to complex, multi-jurisdictional child custody cases. After more than thirty years in the courtroom, there is very little Allen has not encountered.

Allen earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University Law School in 1993. He was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 1993, followed by Missouri in 1994, Kansas in 1995, and Georgia in 2019.

Equally comfortable at the negotiating table and in the courtroom, Allen works tirelessly to achieve practical, client-focused resolutions whenever possible. When litigation is necessary, he is a strategic and tenacious advocate who is fully prepared to protect his clients' interests. Clients value his sound judgment, discretion, and steady guidance through difficult circumstances.

Allen lives in Midtown with his wife, Nicole, and their dog, Maggie, a six-pound Chihuahua with the confidence of a Great Dane. When he is not practicing law, he and his family enjoy traveling, golfing, hiking the Chattahoochee trails, and finding great food and wine wherever their travels may take them.
