Abigail Dixon Jacques serves as the Client and Operations Manager at Fagan Law Group. As the first point of contact for many clients, Abigail is committed to fostering a welcoming, seamless, and supportive experience from the very first interaction.

Abigail earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Kennesaw State University and previously worked in mortgage lending, where she developed a strong foundation in client service and operations. She brings a thoughtful, compassionate, and service-driven approach to her role, ensuring each client feels understood and supported throughout their journey. Abigail excels at building meaningful relationships, optimizing processes, and collaborating effectively with both clients and colleagues.

Outside of the office, Abigail enjoys traveling, playing tennis, staying active, and spending quality time with her family.
